This year is held for the first time inside the gatronomic schedule of Montréal en Lumière.
THE CIDER. – From the 25th to 27th of February is held the Worldwide Ciders in Quebec that even though it was focused in the Quebecois ice ciders, now it is extended to cider in all its varieties and vidicate thus their role oin the high gastronomy, in the same line as what it has been done with the SISGA (International Hall of Gala Ciders) for five years now.
The artisan cider makers of Québec (CAQ) live now important moments since there the “Law project 88” to be approbed, which would mean for them many opportunities like theri products to be distributed in 8.000 different points, making their cider much more available and the consumption much more normal.
The Woldwide SAQ takes place in the Complexe Desjardins, the heart of Montreal, and there will be tasting classes, topic nights, contests, gourmet stations, cocktail making and renowned chefs. Besides this 2016 it will be inside the gastronomic schedule of Montréal en Lumière, which helps to complete the event’s offer.
