Ribanora fanjul Cider
The RIBANORA natural cider is the result of a great effort in the selection of varieties, Regona, Raxo, D. Tresali, grown on farms set on the banks of the Nora River, in the central basin of Asturies, where we also produce it and from which it derives its first name.
Apple aroma crisp, fresh and clean. Strawy yellow color with greenish flashes. Slightly acid taste with an end of mild astringency and pleasant sensation of natural carbon, are its organoleptic qualities.
Recommendations: its service in cider glass or wide glass, at a temperature around 8 ºC, will allow you to enjoy its best qualities. Snacks, poultry, light meats, cheeses and especially seafood are the best pairings.
