TASTING Visual phase: amber color, bright and limpid Olfactory phase: toasted aromas, vanilla background, pang of very fine and subtle alcohols. The origin of cider persists in retronasal to green apple. Gustatory phase: Very well integrated alcohols. Softly woody taste. Ripe apple and compote. Slightly sweet Balsamic. It evolves towards vanilla. Balanced and elegant. Digestive and cordial effect. Qualification in "Guia Peñin of PREMIUM 2014 distillates": 92/100
