The workers set of the Museum announce their intention to attend to the courts to get paid the four salaries they are owed.
THE CIDER.- Everybody knew it but nobody did anything: the workers of the Cider Museum of Nava were not paid for months. They had to menace with courts for things to begin to move and nowadays the only thing they have came up is the managers (“Principality” and Nava’s City Hall among others) to pay their parts.
A new patch for some months as the lack of initiatives goes on and grows the menace of a Museum that should be a reference for Asturian cider culture to end being a museum for tourists managed by Recrea, a public society of touristic-cultural management and promotion.
As an alternative to this situation it can be only expected to gather a set of experts that free of the political issues that sunk the museum, defend the functions of this Museum as a reference for Asturian cider culture, a center of research, diffusion and deepening in the topics while having the role of document center and even of oenologic studies, so necessary in a country like ours without that educative offer.
