THE CIDER.- It its aim and need of innovation, cider takes new formats. The last one, idea of Castañón Cider Mill, puts together the perfect conditions to have a snack, this way Castañón made a cider to have as vermouth or cocktail, a mix, a cider vermouth.

In his own words “it was an idea that came along speaking with friends about how vermouth is drunk each time more and then we thought that we could do a beverage of that kind. We got to it and after two years of trials we did it. We are also developing other cider beverages”.
