Mi Tierrina cider bar of Guadalajara celebrates its third days of the cachopo.

Committed since always with Asturies and the Asturian products with which they elaborate many of their dishes and with which they bring their customers a little bit of Asturies, Mi Tierrina cider bar, in Villanueva de la Torre, run by Rafa and Cristina offer between November 7 and December 3 the third Days of the Cachopo.
The offer in this third edition, offers the following cachopos:
Mi tierrina.- Ham and Cabrales cheese.
Candás.- Beef jerky and goat cheese.
Aboño.- Sautéed bacon ham and vegetables.
Bea.- Fried onion and mozzarella.
Javi.- four cheeses
Rosa.- Lacón a feira with chedar cheese.
