LA SIDRA.
This publication, organizer of the contest Win a miner Isidrin, publishes the following response:
The first founding document of the Benedictine abbey of Santa María la Real de Obona, Tinéu (c. 780) refers to cider. The professor, member of the Llingua Asturiana Academy, says Xuan Xosé Sánchez Vicente in his text Cider through History, in the book Cider and Apple of Asturias from La Nueva Esaña published by Editorial Prensa Ibérica: “[…] it demands that certain servants be given for their work sicere si potest that – if possible – ”. Hence, this is considered the first Asturian document, known today, in which reference is made to cider.
So the answer is: the founding document of Santa María la Real de Obona.
Thus, of the people who, following the rules, sent their response to the email contest.lasidra@gmail.com, and after having conducted a raffle with the users who matched the answer, we announce that the winner is: madrenes@gmail.com
Congratulations to the winner. We will agree with the user to deliver the miner Isidrin, courtesy of COEM.
Thank you all very much for your participation and we will hold more contests later. Health!
