Emblematic and cozy place located on a pedestrian jetty in the center of the villa, next to the marina and run since 2003 by Pepe Cavallé, a person well appreciated and known for his various businesses such as the production of giant paellas and fabada ( of up to 2,000 or more people) for all types of events.
In La Carbonería we can taste a variety of tapas and portions, also enjoy its red meat (steaks, tenderloins …). They also produce suckling pig and lamb from La Velilla-Pedraza, province of Segovia. In a lack its fish such as sea bass, sea bream, cod or bonito in season, the specialty of grilled octopus or its seafood.
They also have Italian cuisine with a variety of pizzas with homemade dough or all kinds of pasta. The cider brand they choose is Trabanco.
