Juan Zuriarrrain, has a Doctorate in Chemistry from the University of the Basque Country and a Postgraduate degree in Oenology from ESAH. He has extensive experience in participating in research projects, and has numerous international scientific publications. His experience in making beverages dates back to more than 10 years of professional activity. It collaborates with the Council of the Euskal Sagardoa Denomination of Origin, and with the development of new products based on cider.
It has Andoni Zuriarrain Ocio, as a general contracted employee. He has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of the Basque Country and is mainly in charge of handling analytical instruments, but he contributes his knowledge acquired during the development of his thesis, based on aspects of the production of monovarietal natural ciders.
