Impressive tasting/harmonization of 15 blue cheeses with 5 ice ciders
LA SIDRA.- Next Thursday, November 17, the Doña Concha Restaurant is organizing a tasting of 15 blue cheeses, selected by the master tuner Aitor Luis Vega and/with 5 ice ciders, including those from Valverán, Viuda de Angelón and Panizales recently awarded at the XII SISGA, selected by the sommelier Juan Luis García (World Champion IV Copa Jerez – 2017).
It is a unique occasion, not only because of the quality of the products, but also because of the level of those who are going to present them, without forgetting how ideal the facilities of the Doña Concha Restaurant are for the experience.
