LA SIDRA.- The cider bar El Bosque is celebrating, on June 6th its fifth anniversary and has done it in a big way, with a spectacular reform to give a change of image to the place. In addition to expanding the kitchen, they have built a cozy living room with capacity for thirty people and have renovated the bathrooms to make more spacious and adapted. After the work carried out, they have given way to an original and very comfortable place, with a rustic decoration, in which the smallest detail is taken care of, making the client feel like at home as soon as he walks through the door. This warmth is also perceived thanks to the close and familiar mood of its owners, Beatriz Zuazua-Azcárate and César Casal, who go out of their way to offer the best service.
In El Bosque, which does not close any day for rest, they know that cider is special and that customers, more and more value the manners of the waiters. Therefore, they bet on having it always at the ideal temperature to serve and pour it throughout the premises, including the dining room and the terrace, being able to choose between Fran cider, its PDO, Ramos del Valle, or Trabanco d’Escoyeta. Their effort hopes to obtain a reward soon and that they will be distinguished with the stamp Sidrerías de Asturies.
