Nearly three decades of effort and sacrifice by José Manuel Blanco (a native of Paredes – Valdés) leading his El Rincón Asturiano I and II restaurants near the Atocha station in Madrid, taking great care of the traditional product and love of its employees and customers, make this grill restaurant one of the highest Asturian quality in the Spanish capital.
The Asturian Corner has a great tradition of gastronomic days of its own, highlighting the days of the ox or the beans in their different varieties. Right now and until the 27th of this month is celebrating the days of the Asturian tapas and cachopo that are turning out to be a real success.
It is a benchmark in the capital, as having its own ranch raised in the Sierra de Madrid, it is possible to offer top quality products for its best customers, especially the ox, which serves only on the grill that presides over one of the salons, in dishes of the menu such as meatballs or even hamburgers that can be enjoyed so appreciated animal.
