Course of homemade cider and derivatives

La Güerta-La Llera School in Puente d’Arcu -Llaviana- organizes a course of homemade cider and a workshop of cider derivatives.

LA SIDRA.-

Little by little the traditional elaboration of the Asturian cider goes vindicating and spreading itself, with initiatives as interesting as the one that now organizes this Güerta-School, that will give a course of elaboration of cider the 10th and 17th of November, in schedule from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and in which the basic knowledge for the preparation of homemade cider is taught both theoretically and practically at a cost of 25 euros, which includes the two days and the cursol documentation

In the same sense, La Güerta-Escuela La Llera also teaches a very interesting workshop of derivatives of cider on November 24 from 10 to 13 hours -15 € – with topics as timely as:

Preparation of ice cider
Development of long-lasting sweet cider
Schnapps
Preparation of fire cider
Elaboration of Cider Vinegar
Air conditioning of the cider mill.
The course will be given by the winemaker José Antonio Norniella, which is a guarantee of quality.
