Hard cider takes over Baltimore and becomes one of the largest concentrations of cider events held on the American East Coast.
LA SIDRA.- Cider tap takeovers, cider tastings, cider dinners, a cider festival and a conference of cider makers from around the world are taking place this week, from January 30th to February 3rd.
Cider Week Baltimore is organized by the United States Association of Cider Makers (USACM), restaurants and taverns from Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington DC and New York.
It also hosts CiderCon 2018 (from January 31st to February 2nd) at the Waterfront Marriott, where the cider community gathers, share ideas, collaborate and learn.
More than 900 national and international people from the cider industry are expected to attend.
