Petworth neighbourhood is the home to a new place to explore craft cider.
LA SIDRA.- Located in the heart of Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, Capitol Cider is the largest independent cider bar in the country.
This restaurant, bar and shop offers one of the country’s largest selections of hard ciders on tap and in bottles plus a selection of apple-based spirits.
They frequently change the taps among 20 ciders and 10 beers, and the cider bottle list includes more than 150 brands from Washington state, Montana, Oregon, California, British Columbia, England, France and Spain.
Guests can also get into the production area where the cider is made and store to age in wooden barrels.
Now they open a new establishment in Petworth, a location chosen as it is a vibran tan family-friendly neighborhood, full of food and drink options to bring the world of cider to more and more people.
