Sidra Trabanco presented, on Monday, September 10, the first white vermouth on branch, made with natural cider.
LA SIDRA.- A product that, as Samuel Trabanco, manager of the cider mill, pointed out, “is born from the memory of when I was a kid and Uncle Juacu came home from Puerto Rico, always bringing a couple of bottles of vermouth. My grandfather, cidermaker and founder of Trabanco, did not like the taste very much and decided to mix it with cider, getting a unique drink, which was the soul of those family gatherings “.
After more than three years of work, they finally managed to find the flavor that Samuel woke up in his youthful memories. Under the name of Alma (Soul), this white vermouth of cider Trabanco joins the different products that, for years, different cider mills have been taking to the market, seeing the infinity of possibilities offered by cider, beyond the natural.
