Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of this emblematic restaurant in Santaya d’Ozcos
LA SIDRA.- On the occasion of the reopening of this emblematic restaurant, which coincides with its 25th anniversary, the Commander in Asturies of Platos de Oro, State Gastronomy Awards, Carlos Guardado accompanied by the president of the Club de las Guisanderas de Asturies, Amada Álvarez Pico, belonging to the Staf in Asturies of the Real Cofradía Platos de Oro, were received by the Mayor of Santaya d’Ozcos, Victor Lorido at the town hall, after which they visited and tasted the delicacies of Casa Pedro.
This restaurant was nominated for a Gold Plate in 2018, an act held at the Valdés Town Hall and received the Gold Plate last June 2019 in Santiago de Compostela.
