Asturian cider, perfect pairing for the event gastronomic offer.
LA SIDRA.- Asturias has, for the first time, its own stand in the International Madrid Fusion Summit, from 22nd to 24th January, held annually in the capital city since 2003.
Stand 56 will be the one designated to show the Asturian cuisine, with tastings of all kind of indigenous products.
On Monday 22nd, from 12.30 to 14.30 there will be an Asturian cheese, eco-friendly bread and brut cider sampling; and from 19.00 to 19.30, cachopo, chosco, fabada, fish and Asturian veal with DOP cider.
And on Tuesday 23rd, from 18.00 to 19.30, the workshop “Asturian cider in haute cuisine” will be held by chef Nacho Manzano and sommelier Juan Luis Garcia from Casa Marcial, a two Michelin-starred establishment in Arriondas.
El Gaitero Group will be the one in charge of representing our quintessential beverage, with products such as ice cider 1898, Pomarina DOP, Valle, Ballina y Fernandez Brut Nature, cider mixed with Tempranillo must Red Grape and Tercio El Gaitero.
