The Regulatory Council of the Protected Denomination of Origin (RCDOP) Cider of Asturies begins a new lap with the renewal of its manager organism facing the impossibility of an electoral process.
THE CIDER.- The aim of this new manager organ is clear: to work hopefully knowing the great responsibility to keep empowering the value and prestige of the Cider of Asturies under the DOP. An aim that will be possible through the unity of action between producers and cider makers.
This new manager will be made according to the guidelines of the “Principality” through the general management of Rural Development and the agreement reached on late 2015 with the producer and maker sector. This lead to an impossibility to make an electoral process so it was necessary to reform the management organization since the beginning of 2014.
So after announce all the resposibles under the Regulatory Council the Council of Rural Development and Natural Resources with this new managers until further elections.
