THE CIDER.- As it could not be otherwise the participation of cider bars is remarkable in this I Days Cangas Gluten-free to be celebrated today and tomorrow in Cangas del Narce. The cider bars Narcea and Suiss collaborate with the pizzeria L’Ablugo, Fornod e Manolo, Terras gallegas, Café Madrid and Restaurante Suiss.
The gluten intolerance is a very common disease in Cangas del Narcea, with the highes percentage of celiacs in the whole State, so this is why this celebration is especially interesting. It is so also due to the fight to find real alternatives for gluten-free diet. Thus this weekend there are speeches, showcookings, product tastings and of course the best Asturian gluten-free gastronomy to be enjoyed in eight restaurant of the ville.
