The poster presented by Juan Diego, an Asturian migratd to Castelló -another urban leged of migration-, was the winner of the contest for the event’s image.
LA SIDRA.- The author could not attend to pick up the prize due to work issues, but stated that “I have been always impressed about how cider pourers don’t look at the glass or at the bottle while pouring so I represented a couple doing it looking at each other’s eyes, falling in love with each other and with cider”.
The jury was composed by Breza Cecchini, Leocadio Redondo, Maxi F. Gutiéz, and Carmen Montes”freshness, originality and richness in detail”.
Apart of it, fith just a month for the festival, there have been some novelties like a popular voting on the best cider (Saturday 8th of July) and fireworks on Frifay 7th of July.
Anyway we expect more news about this XL edition of Nava’s Cider Festival.
