Welsh and Breton cider in An Oriant
LA SIDRA.- At this Inteceltic Festival to which LA SIDRA attended as every year, we found the most international cider makers of them all, that year by year come along to all the events of Europe to promote their high quality products among the most exquisite public, that one who knows well and enjoy the cider from the celtic nations.
From Wales for instance we find the Black Dragon cider, always present at their tent and one of the western Europe’s ciders with the brightest character and more established in this event, apart obviously of the proper Breton cider. This is the one that finds here its highest expression, being found in the dining rooms of the delegations, sponsoring bagads and bagpipes contests, at tents, bars and stands of the many local producers that can be found everywhere.
From other years we can come across labels such different in taste and essence as can be, like the Gwynt y Draig cider mill, both of them with a level alcohol degree (six) but both of them with a strong and unique taste that outstands the rest of the ciders.
