The Asturies XXI Foundation and LA SIDRA in collaboration with the Asturian Center of Barcelona will organize a Gala Dinner to present the SISGA’16 for professionals of the sector.
THE CIDER- Coinciding with the presence of the Asturies XXI Foundation and LA SIDRA with official pass in Alimentaria, one of the main alimentary fairs of Europe with important presence of Asturian cider makers, there is organized a Gala Dinner in the well known restaurant of Villa Condal. On it will participate professinals of the restauration and distribution sectors as well as Asturian cider makers and on it will be presented the next edition of the SISGA’16 (30th of September and 1st of October). As usually in the Gala Dinner each dish will be presented properly paired with two or three ciders awarded in the past SISGA’15.
This initiative has the support of the Asturian Center of Barcelona and to it it is expected to attend significative personalities of the Asturian population in Catalonia as well as Catalonian gastronomes and oenologists interested in knowing the evolution of our product.
