The Breton cider mill Kystin has been participating in the SISGA three years and winning the award for the most original cider, this 2015 with Absolute Kystin.
THE CIDER.- The concept of what is cider better be changing, and begin to lose the fear to innovation. The future comes for maintaining what we have and to grow in the new things. Victims of a Spanish law that prevents the normal development of cider, the Breton example is a true reference.
Tasting Note.– Liquor made with perry and a small percentage of vodka. The aspect in glass, golden, clean and brightly impeccable. The delicate scent reminds that of fresh and soft pear, while in mouth results at the end with sutile touches of sweet perry, the spicy of the ginger and a vodka alcohol well integrated in a very nice whole.
