THE CIDER.- The analysis and test being carried out right now by the DOP Regulatory Council are raising the optimism while being confirmed great expectations in the blendings regarding quality. This, added to the growth in the production, makes us think on a great yeat, that from the Regulatory Council they hope to revalue the product.
We have to remember that the 2015 harvest exceeded in a 45% that of 2013, until now that was the record, and a 70% the one of the previous year.
