This Thursday 12th of November there will be a pairing of cider bonbons and nougat with the Gala Ciders awarded in the last SISGA’15.
THE CIDER.- La Ferrería Cider Bar (Llaviada 10. La Corredoria. Uviéu) is the chosen place to hold this fantastic pairing of cider bonbons and nougat with the best Asturian ciders which have jsut been awarded at the SISGA’15.
The pairing will begin at 19:30 h and will be headed by David Castañón, prestigious gastronome author of “les fartures” blog and usual collaborator of LA SIDRA and there is expected to attend the chocolate-maker master José Antonio Darriba, form Obrador Monte Naranco, maker of these exquisite creations.
The participation in the event is € 5, € 2 for subscribers / collaborators of LA SIDRA magazine.
