LA SIDRAand the Asturian Center of Barcelona organize the 1st Cider Party to be held on next 30th of April.
THE CIDER.- The facilities of the Asturian Center of Barcelona (Carrer del Naranjo de Bulnes 1-7) will be the stage to held the 1st Cider Party on next Saturday 30th of April from 12 to 17 hours. With this they try to empower the presence of our national beverage in Barcelona and Catalonia, where nowadays it doesn’t have the deserved repercussion.
Organized by LA SIDRA-Fundación Asturies XXI in collaboration with the CAB, for € 6 this party will allow the visitors to taste all cider they want from 10 cider mills while enjoying Asturian music by the Barcelona’s Bagpipe Band. Apart of it there will be cider cooked chorizos and rice with milk to eat properly.
The hundreds of Asturians have always been true Asturian embassies wherever they were and now, although unattended by an incompetent “Principality”, they continue to be an Asturian reference pushing to maintain the Asturian identity and culture.
