Next Thursday begins the XX Cider Party of Xixón, with a very interesting program.
The Cider Party of Xixón is growing year by year asuming the social-cultural reality of the cider, beyond what is to drink it , so it is spreading in callateral features of the cider culture, like its gastronomy, the dance, bar songs...
But the schedule of the pary was severely criticized by cultural associations, specially by N'Ast, beacause of the blatant disregard for the Asturian language, to the point of even not respecting the toponym of Xixón. Critique that from LA SIDRA we totally share.
Otherwise, will be remarkable the World Record of Simultaneous Cider Pouring 2011, that will take place the Friday 26th in the Poniente beach, the bar songs the Saturday 27th and the Offer of the First "Culín" on Sunday.
Of course, LA SIDRA will be surely present in this first class cider festivity.
