LA SIDRA, in collaboration with the Asturies XXI Foundation and the Museum of the Asturian Village begins the first course of Ethnographic and Museum Photography, which will be held the next 7th and 8th of May.
The course will take place at the facilities of the Museum of the Asturian Village (Xixón) and will be taught by two well-known photographers, collaborators of LA SIDRA magazine, Cesar Fernández y Luis José Vigil-Escalera and is hoped to give picture fans the precise knowledge to do ethnographic and museum-like photographic works that as well as the proper artistical value, contain the correct information (in the proper picture and in the complementary information) that makes them valuable in such ethnographic and museum works. With this new initiative, LA SIDRA begins a new work of recovery and generation of a photographic data base that settles and spreads the Asturian cider ethnographic heritage. For additional information and the registrations: lucefotografí This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
